About TEJU Partners :: Overview |
 |
|
TEJU Partners provides
equity capital for start-ups and established
middle-market, consumer-oriented companies
in connection with change of control or
growth capital transactions. As a member of
TEJU Partners, we leverage the TEJU
investment philosophy, worldwide
relationships and resources in order to
provide value beyond merely capital, thereby
differentiating ourselves from other private
investment firms.
Additionally, TEJU Partners is an equity
partner in management and employee
buyouts; provides
mezzanine and senior debt financing for
buyouts led by private equity firms; and
provides capital directly to private and
public companies. TEJU Partners has the
capability to provide buyouts, funding
senior debt, mezzanine and equity.
We
are a flexible source of capital, providing:
-
Senior Debt
-
Subordinated Debt
-
Equity
Our
capital is invested for a range of purposes,
including:
-
Buyouts
-
Growth
-
Acquisitions
-
Recapitalizations
TEJU
Partners is unique in being able to provide:
-
Flexible Capital
TEJU Partners
invests across the balance sheet,
providing senior debt, subordinated
debt and equity. We are comfortable
as either a majority or minority
investor.
-
Patient Capital
As a public company,
we have no fixed time horizon for
our investments, allowing us to
enter into long-term commitments. We
can provide capital for add-on
acquisitions that help build value
after the initial closing.
-
Cost-Effective
Capital
We can provide very
cost-effective capital because our
funds come from the public equity
markets and low-cost sources of
debt.
-
Reduced
Execution Risk
Our ability to
invest senior debt, subordinated
debt and equity allows us to provide
one-stop financing up to $800
million and dramatically reduce the
financing risk associated with a
transaction, benefiting both sellers
and intermediaries. Our track record
of closing transactions speaks for
itself.
-
Rapid Response
Our team gives us
the capability to respond quickly to
potential transactions. We highly
value our sources of deal flow and
are committed to providing rapid
response to opportunities brought to
us.
-
Dedicated
Professionals
Our people are the
reason we are so successful. TEJU
Partners directors, managers and
employees are all shareholders.
Integrity and teamwork are the
foundation of our corporate culture.
-
ESOP Strategies
TEJU Partners is an
expert at using ESOP strategies to
lower taxes and enhance cash flows,
often making marginal transactions
doable.

Once your project has been selected as
a potential investment opportunity, we will schedule a
meeting with you in Atlanta, Georgia at our corporate
office. (Don’t worry, we’re really cool people. So
come as you are and leave the suit and tie at home.)
During our selection period, we will select several
projects for TEJU Partners Mentorship & Funding Program for a
period of three months. You will be among other
individuals with projects that have potential,
assuming we like your materials and want to move
forward, we would schedule a meeting to make an
immediate decision. |
| |
|
 |
 |
|
After agreeing on the required amount
of funding, your project is then underway, we will
prepare all the paperwork you need and set up a series
of meetings, that may involve high-level executives
ranging from venture capitalist, investment bankers,
and key people from real technology companies.
Our mentorship program is designed to get you to the
next level with a variety of standards of which we’ve
developed that nurture you and prep your project
effectively. So if it’s actually launching your
project or preparing your project for VC’s it is our
goal to get you there.
Projects are generally
launched within 3 months or at least in BETA stages.
|
| |
|
 |
 |
|
We need you to understand that NOT ALL
projects will obtain funding through our process.
That’s the risk we take with giving you the seed
capital you need to get the project to the next level.
Don’t get discouraged if you go through the program
and your idea isn’t selected for actual funding or
acquisition. |
